Plans & Pricing

When users subscribe to a plan, they receive "credits" for content downloads. Each subscription plan provides credits for a specific number of ringtones, graphics and/or games and applications.  Users can cancel at any time by sending a "STOP" text message to 75555 or by calling the customer service at 866-856-JAMS. Monthly Plans will renew automatically until users cancel their plan.

To download content users must have a carrier data plan. If content is not supported by the handset, we will deliver next best content to the phone. All charges will be applied to users' wireless phone bill, or in the case of a prepaid service the amount will be deducted from their prepaid balance.

Please note that for each plan, users must agree to the Terms of Service and be responsible for any additional messaging and data charges charged by the mobile carrier.

Legacy Plans

In the past, Jamster offered various weekly plans (charged at $1.99 per week) and monthly plans (charged at $5.99 per month) that are no longer being offered ("Legacy Plans"). The Legacy Plans offered various quantities of download credits. However, Jamster continues to support the Legacy Plans. Subscribers who signed up in the past for the Legacy Plan will remain a subscriber and can continue to redeem credits via the Jamster Web site or by a text message. To view your Legacy Plan and download credit balances, please login and select MyPlans for details. Users can cancel their Legacy Plans at any time. If the Legacy Plan does not contain credits for a content item that users order, they will automatically be enrolled in the monthly Value Plan. The following are some of the more popular Legacy Plans that will continue to be supported for existing customers.
