How do I get the game onto my mobile?

  • We will send you a download link via text message. You will find this message in your Inbox or in Service Messages.
  • Open the link and you will be brought to our WAP site.
  • Scroll down until you find the link to download your game. Click on this link and confirm the installation.
  • During the installation you will receive a security notice, please answer YES to this. All of our games and applications are secure.
  • The game will automatically be saved in the Games folder of your mobile phone. You can start the game from there.

How much will the download cost me?

The actual download costs are dependent on your mobile phone plans & pricing and how big the game is. Most games that we offer are between 250kB and 600kB in size. The sizes vary with each mobile phone model. It is highly recommended that you verify your data download pricing from your mobile service provider before downloading any content.

I didn't receive a download link. Where is it?

Here are the most common reasons you did not receive your download link. a) Your WAP settings are not correct. Many of Jamster's products, e.g. polyphonic ringtones, wallpapers and games, are required to be downloaded through WAP. You will receive a download message or text message with your download link. To use this link, you must have the correct WAP settings installed on your phone. To have the WAP setting instructions sent to your mobile - just choose your mobile phone on this page, follow the instructions and they will be sent to your phone. b) Your mobile phone does not support WAP-Push service messages. On some mobile phones, WAP push messages are not enabled. If this is the case, Jamster cannot send you a download link. Please make sure that the WAP settings on your phone are correctly configured. Depending on the brand of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". If you do not know how to set your WAP Push settings, please see the section: I haven't received my download. What is the problem? for instructions. c) Your mobile phone does support the download. Jamster offers a wide variety for your mobile phone: realmusic ringtones, games and graphics. Unfortunately, some phone models are unable to support certain download products. To ensure that the product you are ordering will work on your mobile phone, first select your mobile phone model on the website - then, only products compatible with your phone will be displayed. d) You have reached the maximum number of text messages. Mobile phones have a maximum capacity to store text messages. If you have reached this limit, go to your text message inbox and delete some messages.

Why is the Download link not working?
