How can I order the monthly Jamster subscription plans and how is it charged?
To order one of the monthly Jamster subscription plans on the website, please select a product first. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number and thereafter your password. A description of the monthly Jamster subscription plans will be displayed below the "Get it!" button. Just click on the button to order the plan. The charge for the Jamster plan will be deducted either from your prepaid balance or charged to your monthly bill, depending on your contract with your mobile service provider. If you would like to sign up for a plan without selecting a product, you have the option to subscribe to the plan and select a product later. Simply go the homepage, click on the "Register Now" link at the top of the homepage and follow the instructions.
How many credits do I have left?
To find out:
- If you haven't logged in yet:
Click on "My Jamster" at the top of this page and enter your cell phone number and password; then click on "Login". Your remaining credits are listed under "Credits remaining this month". - If you have already logged in:
Click on "My Jamster" at the top of this page. Your credit is listed under "Credits remaining this month".
In case your browser cookies are activated the amount of available credits are shown in the top right of each page
How can I cancel a plan?
You can cancel your plan(s) at anytime via any of the following ways:
- Via the website * Go to "My Jamster" and
A) if you haven't logged in yet:
i. Click on "My Jamster" at the top of the page.
ii. Enter your cell phone number and password and click on "Login".
iii. Click on "My plans".
iv. You will see an overview of your Jamster plans.
v. Click on "deactivate" right next to the plan you want to cancel. Can't remember your password? Click here.
B) If you've already logged in:
i. Click on "My Jamster" at the top of this page.
ii. Click on "My plans".
iii. You will see an overview of your Jamster plans.
iv. Click on "deactivate" right next to the plan you want to cancel." - Via text messaging by sending a text message with the word "stopxxl" to 75555 to cancel the XXL plan or stopvalue to cancel the value plan. To stop all plans send stopall.

Is there a notice period or a minimum membership term?
You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Please note that you may still see the service charge on your next mobile provider bill depending on your mobile service provider bill cycle date. This charge is for the period prior to your cancellation.
Can I just buy the product I want or do I have to order a monthly plan?
You can order individual pieces of content. However, selecting a monthly plan provides the best value and keeps you up-to-date with the newest available content.
What happens if I want to order more content items than are included in my plan?
Once credits for a month have been exhausted, you can purchase additional content via single purchases in the course of the month.
Is there content that is not included in my plan?
All ringtones, graphics, and games are part of our monthly Jamster subscription plans.
Can I still redeem my Legacy Plan credits?
Yes. If you have Legacy Plan credits, then you may continue to use them to purchase content according the Terms of Service until you terminate your plan.
If I have the Legacy Plan, can I also get the new monthly Value Plan subscription or a monthly XXL Plan subscription?
If you order content that is not included in your Legacy Plan (e.g. a game if you only have the Hyper Plan), then you may also enroll in one of the monthly subscription plans.
