To order one of the monthly Jamster subscription plans on the website, please select a product first. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number and thereafter your password. A description of the monthly Jamster subscription plans will be displayed below the "Get it!" button. Just click on the button to order the plan. The charge for the Jamster plan will be deducted either from your prepaid balance or charged to your monthly bill, depending on your contract with your mobile service provider. If you would like to sign up for a plan without selecting a product, you have the option to subscribe to the plan and select a product later. Simply go the homepage, click on the "Register Now" link at the top of the homepage and follow the instructions.

You can cancel your plan(s) at anytime via any of the following ways:
You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Please note that you may still see the service charge on your next mobile provider bill depending on your mobile service provider bill cycle date. This charge is for the period prior to your cancellation.
You can order individual pieces of content. However, selecting a monthly plan provides the best value and keeps you up-to-date with the newest available content.
Once credits for a month have been exhausted, you can purchase additional content via single purchases in the course of the month.
All ringtones, graphics, and games are part of our monthly Jamster subscription plans.
Yes. If you have Legacy Plan credits, then you may continue to use them to purchase content according the Terms of Service until you terminate your plan.
If you order content that is not included in your Legacy Plan (e.g. a game if you only have the Hyper Plan), then you may also enroll in one of the monthly subscription plans.
