Jamster plans & pricing

Jamster offers you credits for content downloads at a great value. Each plan provides credits for a specific number of ringtones, graphics and/or games and applications. Please note that for each plan you must agree to the Terms of Service and that you will be responsible for any additional messaging and data charges charged by your mobile carrier. You must view the particular plan details to determine the content available under that plan. You may cancel your plan by sending a "STOP" text message to 75555 or by calling Jamster customer service at 866-856-JAMS. Your Monthly Plan will renew automatically until you cancel the plan. To download content you need to have a carrier data plan. If content is not supported by your handset, Jamster will deliver next best content to your phone instead. All charges will be applied to your wireless bill, or in case of prepaid service deducted from your prepaid balance. "Ringtone" credits are redeemable for realtones, polytones, monotones, videoringtones and funsounds. "Graphic credits" are redeemable for wallpapers, screensavers, themes, and b/w-logos. "Game" credits are redeemable for mobile games and mobile software. Where credits are for a specific type of content (e.g., polytones, or screensavers), then they may only be redeemed for that particular type of content.

Legacy Plans

In the past, Jamster has offered various different weekly plans (charged at $1.99 per week) and monthly plans (charged at $5.99 per month) that are no longer being offered ("Legacy Plans"). The Legacy Plans offered various different kinds and quantities of download credits. Jamster continues to support the Legacy plans. So if you are a current subscriber to one or more of our Legacy Plans, you will remain a subscriber and can continue to redeem your credits via the website or by a text message. To see your Legacy Plans and download credit balances, please login and select MyPlans for details. You can cancel any of your Legacy Plans at any time. If your Legacy Plans do not contain credits for a content item that you order, you will be enrolled in the monthly Value Plan.
