Ordering - how does it work?

How do I order on the website?
A) If you haven't registered with Jamster yet:
1. Select your product.
2. Enter your cell phone number and click on "next".
3. Jamster will immediately send you a password by text message!
4. Read the Terms of Service
5. Choose from our 2 purchase options: the monthly XXL Plan subscription or the monthly Value Plan subscription
6. Enter this password and click on "Get it!".
7. Jamster will immediately send your product by text message or as a download link to your cell phone.

B) If you've already registered with Jamster:
1. Select your product.
2. Enter your cell phone number and password and click on "next".
3. Click on "Get it!".
4. Jamster will send your order by text message or as a download link to your cell phone.

C) If you've already logged in:
1. Select your product.
2. Click on "Get it!".
3. Jamster will immediately send your product by text message or as a download link to your cell phone.

How do I order when I see a Jamster commercial on TV?
1. Grab your phone!
2. Select "Messages".
3. Go to "Create Message" and type in the name of your favorite product, e.g. ani2.
4. Send this message to 75555.
5. Jamster will send a text message listing the key features and a reference to the full terms of service on the Jamster website. Once you've read and agreed to these, reply to the message with "OK" and send to 75555.
6. Immediately thereafter, Jamster will send your product as a download link to your cell phone and you will be enrolled in the monthly plan promoted in the advertisement at $5.99 per month or $9.99 per month.

I haven't received my download. What is the problem?
Please make sure that WAP Push is enabled on your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". Here are some hints on where to locate this setting:

Nokia:
- Services > Settings > Service Inbox settings
- Messaging > Settings > Service Msg.

Motorola:
- Messages > Browser Msgs > Menu Button > Browser Msg Setup
- Messages > Browser Messages > Browser Msg Setup

LG:
- Internet > Push Messages > Receive

Samsung:
- Fun Box > WWW Services > Push Messages > Setting
- Fun Box > Wap Browser

Sony-Ericsson:
- Messaging > WAP Push > Allow Push
- Wap Services > Push Messages
- Messaging > Wap Push

If in doubt, please refer to your phone's manual or ask your phone's manufacturer for assistance.

My download link has arrived, but I can't find it on my cell phone. Where is it?
The download link is in the body of a message that Jamster sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox" or simply "Push Inbox".

What do I do with the download link I received?
1. Open the message Jamster sent you.
2. Scroll down to the download link.
3. Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to Jamster
4. The download will start automatically.
5. When the download is finished, just save it.
6. Have fun with your product!

Important notice: Never click "interrupt" during the download! Wait until the download is finished.

Why can't I download when I click on the link?

WAP might not be set up correctly on your cell phone. Please ask your wireless carrier how to adjust your settings or click on the respective link below:

What do I do if I receive a b/w pic or mono tone on my cell phone?

If a b/w pic or mono tone appears on your cell phone, please choose "save". The b/w pic or ringtone will then be automatically saved to your phone.
